CyberSpec — Support
Help, data-removal information and a practical tester checklist.
Praxis Science Lab is the publishing brand used by Traian Anghel. For support or privacy questions, email traiananghel@gmail.com. Include the app name and version. Do not send passwords, medical records, private recordings or other sensitive information.
Report a problem
Tell us your Android version, device model, app version, what you did, what happened and what you expected. Remove personal information from attachments. Never post a tester email list or private feedback in a public repository.
Testing checklist
- Check available sensors, XYZ traces, freeze/resume and level calibration.
- Inspect battery, RAM and storage; confirm unavailable values are labeled.
- Test Wi-Fi permissions, scanning and audible signal-finder feedback.
- Start and stop acoustic analysis; confirm capture stops in the background.
- Export a JSON report and check that network names are excluded.
- Check EN/RO/ES, remembered language and small-screen layouts.
Data removal
Live readings and audio buffers are held in memory. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes private preferences and calibration. Exported reports remain in their selected destination until deleted there. Google controls retention for information processed by its advertising services in the separate test edition.
Joining a test
Testing invitations and opt-in links will be supplied once a Google Play testing track is available. This page does not enroll you in a test. Report your experience honestly; no positive review is required.
