Help, data-removal information and a practical tester checklist.
Praxis Science Lab is the publishing brand used by Traian Anghel. For support or privacy questions, email traiananghel@gmail.com. Include the app name and version. Do not send passwords, medical records, private recordings or other sensitive information.
Report a problem
Tell us your Android version, device model, app version, what you did, what happened and what you expected. Remove personal information from attachments. Never post a tester email list or private feedback in a public repository.
Testing checklist
- Pair headphones for audio in Android settings and listen to all five soundscapes at low volume.
- Verify Pause/Play, EQ presets and stopping when headphones disconnect or the app leaves the foreground.
- Grant Nearby Devices access, scan and check battery reporting on a compatible BLE peripheral.
- Test radar signal loss and the saved phone location; verify the feature does not claim to find powered-off headphones.
- Save a preset, hide/reorder cards, change language and restart. Check the public privacy page.
Data removal
Use Clear all data in Settings to stop playback, disconnect BLE and remove local presets, battery history, saved location, device selection and preferences. Clearing Android app storage or uninstalling removes the private app records. Android cloud backup is disabled; device transfer behavior may depend on Android and the manufacturer. Data or logs held by map, advertising, browser or support providers are controlled by those providers and are not deleted by clearing EarMate data.
Joining a test
Testing invitations and opt-in links will be supplied once a Google Play testing track is available. This page does not enroll you in a test. Report your experience honestly; no positive review is required.
