English listing
Short description
Explore audio locally with spectrum tools, signal generation and file analysis.
Full description
Explore audio signals on your Android device. Use live microphone analysis, waveform and spectrum views, a spectrogram, signal generation and local audio-file analysis. Save sessions and export available charts or reports.
Microphone access is requested when you start live analysis. Files are selected through the system picker. Processing and session storage are local, with no app account or cloud upload. English, Romanian and Spanish are available.
Displayed levels and analysis depend on the device, microphone and signal. AudioLab is not a calibrated sound-level meter or a medical or hearing-diagnostic tool. Start generated audio at low volume. Published by Praxis Science Lab.
Data safety worksheet
Candidate: no off-device app data collection or sharing found in the reviewed implementation. Local-only processing is different from collection in the Play form. Verify the exact signed package, included SDKs and every active release before submitting.
Live microphone samples and user-selected audio files are processed on your device. AudioLab stores preferences, session names and state, file references and numeric measurement records in its private local database. Microphone analysis is started by the user and stops when the app leaves the foreground. The app has no account, analytics, advertising or cloud service. The Android release removes Internet and network-state permissions.
RECORD_AUDIO is requested for live analysis. You can deny or revoke it in Android Settings and continue with features that do not need the microphone. Audio-file access is granted through the system picker. Exporting a chart, session or PDF writes the information you choose to a system-selected destination, which may be a cloud-backed document provider. Such a provider handles its copy under its own policy. The app does not automatically upload microphone audio.
Media
Feature graphic — 1024 × 500 PNG
Capture at least two authentic screenshots from the final app. Do not use simulated screens, synthetic medical fixtures or old-brand captures. Screenshot language must reflect the actual app; English captions do not imply an English-only interface.
Actual Android test-build captures, prepared for listing review. Recheck against the final upload build.
Remaining release checks
- Verify microphone denial/revocation and foreground-only operation on the final signed build.
- Recheck the prepared screenshots against the final release and test native-library alignment, audio routes and exported-report accuracy on physical hardware.
